Qualifications/Experience required
- Diploma of Higher Education or BTCE. Education on operational safety, production operations, well operations
- Minimum Professional experience > 10 years, and 3 years in similar position
- Good technical skills in O&G,
- Knowledge of ESPs operation,
- Conversant with DCS based process control,
- Good knowledge of major oil operators' HSE Safety Rules, SIMOPS, PTW System, or equivalent in Oil & Gas industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions,
- Ability to lead a team- Natural Authority,
- Responsible and able to take decisions,
- Adaptability and ability to work in an international environment,
- Good communication skills. Clear and concise reporting both verbal and written,
- Fluent in English (>3.5).
- Valid medical certificate per company standards.
Duties (Full details to be shared to shortlisted candidates):
- Become site and process system familiar,
- Review of Operating manuals submitted by Mc Dermott / Sinopec,
- Review of Operational Tests Procedures submitted by Mc Dermott / Sinopec,
- Review of Leak Test Procedures submitted by Mc Dermott / Sinopec,
- Preparation of start-up sequence, marked-up PIDs,
- Contribution to Black start procedure,
- Familiarize with ESP initial Start Up & operating,
- Creation of L4 start-up and operating procedures, including pigging procedures (using Operguid format and MyProcedure digital tool),
- Population of the Routine Task lists,
- Preparation of the Operator round Check lists (using MyForms digital tool),
- Preparation of Shift report templates,
- Preparation of pre-start-up check lists,
- Coordinate with Site training coordinator for the organization of the OJT phase for new operators.
