Sales & Marketing Intern (Outbound Focus)
- Role Type: Internship (3 months)
- Work Arrangement: Office-based, Full-time
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role Purpose
Support outbound sales execution and on-the-ground marketing activities, focusing on lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and coordination with the social media agency under a clear structure.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales (Primary)
- Follow up on warm leads via phone, WhatsApp, DM (scripts provided)
- Engage potential customers confidently, including outdoor marketing interactions
- Track leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM System
- Support conversion of prospects into customers
Marketing & Coordination (Secondary)
- Collaborate with the external social media agency on content review and posting audits
- Flag errors, gaps, or customer feedback from the field
- Support basic lead-generation and brand awareness activities
Reporting
- Update daily/weekly activity trackers
- Share progress updates and flag issues promptly
Required Profile
- Confident, outgoing personality that enjoys interacting with strangers
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, or related field
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Reliable, consistent, and able to follow systems
- Available full-time, office-based
Duration & Progression
- Internship duration: 3 months
- Performance assessed on consistency, reliability, and follow-through
- High performers may be considered for extended or paid opportunities
