As we scale, we are strengthening our Talent Acquisition function and seeking a highly result driven Talent Acquisition Associate to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Associate will support the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role ensures efficient recruitment processes, builds strong talent pipelines, collaborates with hiring managers, and delivers an excellent candidate experience to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent sourcing & pipeline development; proactively source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and advanced search/Boolean techniques while maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Candidate screening & assessment; review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit to ensure quality shortlisting.
Interview coordination & hiring support; coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and support selection decisions throughout the recruitment process.
Hiring manager engagement; collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role expectations, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Candidate experience management; maintain professional, timely communication with candidates, provide feedback, manage expectations, and ensure a positive end-to-end candidate experience.
Recruitment systems & reporting; manage job postings, maintain ATS and recruitment databases, track recruitment metrics, and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
Onboarding & offer coordination; support offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and effective transition for new hires.
Employer branding & recruitment marketing; represents and promote the companys culture, values, and employer brand through consistent candidate engagement and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resource management, industrial psychology or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in recruitment and selection.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and basic employment law.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
