Job Details:

Job Summary:
Provide administrative and technical support to the Group CEO, acting as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, managing communications, overseeing office resources, and executing special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate the Group CEO’s events, meetings, and tasks.
  • Convene corporate management meetings, maintain records, and disseminate actions.
  • Manage the Group CEO’s communications efficiently.
  • Ensure accountability for office resources.
  • Execute special projects/tasks and conduct technical research.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate office records.
  • Supervise staff under the Group CEO’s office.

Requirements:

  • Gender Preference: Female.
  • Education: University degree or professional qualification in finance/economics.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in corporate finance or investment project financing.
  • Skills:
    • Financial modeling.
    • Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
    • Project management (qualification and software like Primavera/MS Project is a plus).
  • Academic Performance: At least "C3" in Mathematics at UCE and "C" at UACE.
