Job Details:
Ensure the day-to-day accounting activities of the department run smoothly
Key Responsibilities
- Write reports, daily, weekly, or monthly to the Finance and Accounts Manage as required
- Ensure that all ledgers and updated and accurately maintained on a regular basis
- Maintain accounts and financials as per IFRS or accounting standards as well as day to day operations
- Ensure that books of accounts and accurately closed by the end of every month
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
- Document financial transactions by entering account information into tally or excel as required in a timely manner
- Post the journals for provisions, prepayments, forex entries and other administrative expenses as and when required in a timely manner
Education and Professional Qualifications
Degree in accounts or finance related course
ACCA /CPA complete
Work Experience
At least 5 years in a related field.

- Must be a team player
